Meet Kevin Green
Kevin Green specializes in financing for real estate investors and property owners throughout California and ten other states. He is dedicated to fast, straightforward, no-nonsense service and to promoting education and excellence in the private lending industry.
With 28 years of experience in commercial and residential mortgage originations, Kevin is also an active real estate investor in California, Nevada, and Utah, and he underwrites every file the way an owner would.
His background includes serving as Vice President of Sales for one of the largest mortgage banker/brokers in San Francisco and the Bay Area, and as an Account Executive/Broker Associate for one of San Francisco’s top private money lending firms.
Kevin’s role includes sourcing and underwriting commercial and residential properties, transaction structuring, investor/broker/borrower relations, and ongoing market research. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Chico State University and a Master of Science in Business Management from Notre Dame de Namur University.
Kevin is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the California Department of Real Estate (License No. 01241542) and a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS No. 1130752). He is also a formerly licensed California property and casualty insurance producer.
When he’s not funding private money transactions, you’ll find Kevin skiing at Palisades Tahoe, surfing and fishing up and down the California and Mexico coasts, at the gym, doing some yoga, or spending time at the beach with his wife and their three rescue dogs.
